Warranty & Conditions
- All warranty claims MUST accompanied by PCWELL Limited's invoice.
- Please ensure that all goods returned are indeed faulty. An additional $30.00 +GST per item WILL BE CHARGED, if goods returned were fully functional after inspection.
- Warranty claims are voided if goods are tampered with, or reveal any physical damages internally or externally (including failed flashing of BIOS).
- All hardware comes with 12 months Return To Base warranty (exclude consumable items)
- Warranty does not cover the damage to other equipment used in conjunction with goods purchased from PCWELL Limited.
- Computer software & consumables are not covered by any warranty, no refund will be given.
- All goods returned are subject to minimum 20% restocking fees, and refund amount will be based on the current market value only. Items can only be returned & exchanged in original condition.
- All goods remains the properties of PCWELL Limited until payments in full.
- All overdue accounts will incur all costs of collection pursuant to the Fair Trading ACT, 1986.
- For products whereby warranty is covered by the manufacturer, there will be a 0800 number provided to the customer where on-site services or maintenance will be arranged separately.
